ReCap...

Well let’s do a little recap…the house has changed a bit we’ve (I should really say Jen) have gotten some paint on the walls, added a few pieces of furniture and a put up some window coverings. Things are coming right along. We’ve unloaded practically all of our boxes but not everything has been put away. We now need to really focus on organization. But we do have my storage to clean out still…I so can’t wait not to have to pay that monthly bill!

But onto the RANT…the reason you come here.
I am so over people being stupid. I am doing my best to wear my big girl panties and move on BUT sometimes I just get a bit side tracked. So I had a little run in. I was doing my thing and I need some assistance on someone else, let’s call her Patty, so I mentioned to her that I would need her assistance and she got a little huffy and I said, “No big deal, if you are too busy I can take care of it, it is supposed to be similar to something else we did about a week ago, don’t worry about it.” So time passes and I am working on my project and taking care of everything. And the she says, “When is it going to be ready so I can do my part.” So I respond with, “I have already done half of it and the other half is just about done don’t worry about it.” And she responds with, “But that is what I am supposed to do,” me, “It’s alright, don’t worry,” her, “But, uh, huh, [huff, tsk].” So I kind of evaluate the situation quickly knowing full well I do not like the way it’s headed and I just say, “Patty I don’t want to argue about it.” Silence. Okay that’s fine I have to finish up and move on. So I do that and go about the afternoon. All to have her give me the cold shoulder since. Not even hi or nothing. I just can’t seem to let it go but I just need to because it is just not worth my time. ARGH!!
